What Makes a Church Work?

I had a good discussion today with some friends and it made me think....

If you go to a Church and you love it- what is it that keeps making you go back? Is it the people, the preacher, the style, is it God's presence? What made you go there in the first place?

If you have a good youth group- Tell me what makes it so special?

If you have a good young/middle age couples group- Why? What do you do that makes it special?

Do you meet outside of Sundays and Wednesdays for bible study?

Do the elders or preacher or deacons do something that help?

I'm serious- why do you like your Church and why do you keep going back?
