This was a crazy weekend, but it may be the last Thanksgiving for a while that our family is together.
We spent time eating, playing ultimate frisbee, playing board games, going to Fiesta Texas and just having fun. We were supposed to go have some professional pictures done, but....
The orginal time was set for 10:00am. If anyone knows our family, we would not have made it there by 10.
My mom called a couple days before Thanksgiving and rescheduled it for 3:00. The day before Thanksgiving she gets a message reminding us about our appointment at 10, so we called the day we were supposed to go and they never rescheduled us. We were lucky and got in at 3:10.
All 15 of us between 2 bathrooms and 5 kids under 5 got dressed and made it to the studio ontime (pretty much a miracle). When we got there, they were running an hour behind. Well it would not have been too big of a deal except that we had evening plans. My dad made a scene and told the lady that we have several small kids and they can't just "wait" an hour.
Luckily Adam, my brother, had a nice camera- we ended up driving over to Oak Hills Church and taking pictures. I think they turned out pretty good. Here are a couple from that day and Thanksgiving...
